Benefits

Fast global communications now make it a matter of indifference whether the cooperating lab is 20 or 2000 miles away - the electronic delivery is reliable and safe (and inexpensive). So Remote Programming in some cases is better choice for you:

1) We offer a wide range of project experience, programming expertise, and development environments.

2) Off-Shore Programming provides access to a team of programmers selected, trained and aimed to make programs in the software environment required by the client.

3) Off-Shore Programming allows your software development staff to focus on new product development, enhancements and core competencies.

4) Offshore Programming provides world-class software programming and development  with economy of internal expenses for 20-40 % in comparison with  US (European) software.

Project's algorithms

Most of project's communications are electronic delivery. If it's necessary, clients can invite our representative to visit them in an initial stage of the project to fully understand relevant guidelines on work to be completed.

1 stage. Requirement definition - detailed discussion and signing of project specification and timeline.

2 stage. Deliveries in three stages: Alpha (partially functional prototype), Beta (most functionality and documentation) and Gamma (fully functional product plus test results). Negotiation of acceptance criteria, incremental deliveries and payment schedules.

3 stage. Incorporate procedures for change orders and impact on timeline.

4 stage. Assign project primes to handle communications, troubleshooting. To supplement local project management, project prime keeps in touch as needed via phone conferencing, email (and periodic visits if it's possible). Incremental deliveries ensure adherence to specified design and timeline.

Delivery models depend on customer and project requirements and might be combination of distant project artifacts delivery and on-site deployment by Voron Group engineers.
